Our locations rank in top volume sales in the region. We offer paid training and a new hire compensation package for the first couple of months to help you acclimate into the industry and on month three you work on commission plus draw. After one year, our sales executives average $74,000 per year with 18% making over $100,000 per year. (Based on 2020 data)
We include a comprehensive benefits package including an employer contributing 401K. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, identity theft protection, paid vacation after one year, and more.
We have over 70 sales executives and our few openings are a result of our top-volume sales in the region. We currently have a 68% retention rate with all salespeople hired in the year 2020.
Understand the vehicles by studying their features and capabilities, as well as comparing and contrasting competitive models and completing required manufacturer certifications
Develop buyers by keeping a good rapport with previous and new customers
Qualify buyers by understanding their interests and requirements; matching requirements and interests to various models, etc.
Close sales by overcoming objection(s); complete sales or purchase contracts
Complete professional walk-around presentations to demonstrate features and explain benefits
Effectively ask for and close the sale
Establish and maintain follow-up with the customers
Report to management regarding analyses, objectives, and planned activities
Participate in sales meetings and training provided by the dealership and manufacturers
Review sales statistics and plan more effectively to improve sales
Proven track record of B2B or B2C background preferred
Availability to work three evenings and Saturdays
