Description of Duties:

  • Offering vehicle financing and insurance to customers and providing them with a thorough explanation of aftermarket products and extended service contracts and a complete explanation of manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies.

  • Maintaining good working relationships with lending institutions to secure competitive interest rates and financing programs.

  • Processing financing and leasing deals accurately and securing approval through financial sources to secure approval and through the proper federal, state, and corporate channels.

  • Understanding and complying with federal, state, and local regulations that affect the new and used vehicle and finance departments.

  • Creating and maintaining a program with the sales department that will ensure all new sales are referred to the F&I department.

  • Training and providing the sales team with information on finance and lease programs and the benefits of the dealership’s financing and extended service programs.


Requirements:

  • A professional, well-groomed appearance and demeanor. Willingness to learn from our Managers in order to learn our product, processes, and build your career.

  • An outgoing personality, willing to engage customers in a friendly manner. Have quality customer service skills.

  • Excellent communication skills are a must. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to gather and maintain customer information via our Customer Management tools, including knowledge of email and Microsoft Office.

  • Must be willing to submit & pass drug screening and a background check. A valid driver’s license is strongly recommended, but not required.

Receives files from sales department and verifies all necessary info and docs:

Verifies names and addresses

Verifies deal $ numbers

Verifies sale vehicle info

Verifies trade vehicle info if applicable

Insurance

Trade Title if applicable

Payoff if applicable

Rebate if applicable

Completes entry into DMS

Submits to lenders

Runs OFAC and RED Flags

Prints credit application

Factory warranty presentation

Present menu of products

Gather and sign all necessary documents

Complete final deal steps and turns into the office

Monitor funding and missing stips

Get deals funded in a timely manner
